Hand operated impulse sealers are ideal for sealing PE and PP bags, used to package, food products, small machine parts, coffee beans and all manner of other small package items.

Description and Operation of PFS model Hand Operated Heat Sealers:

Operation:
Plug in the sealer. Adjust the timer knob appropriately for the material you are sealing. Place material to seal on the heating element, Close sealing arm using the operation handle.  Hold arm in place until sealing light extinguishes. Open arm. Seal Complete.

Troubleshooting:
Seal is damaged : Too much heat reduce heat exposure time
Seal comes apart: Too short a seal time increase exposure time

Notes:
Keep sealing edges clean - this will prolong the life of the heating element. Clean with a dry cloth or alcohol. Replace lower teflon sealing material as needed. Replace before material wares through to prolong machine life. After long term use check sealing rubber. Damage to the sealing rubber will lessen the effectiveness of the sealer.
