Detailed Product Description

The S.E.T is a free standing mobile screw elevator with an integral loading hopper. A rotating paddle inside the loading hopper loosens the hopper contents and assists the feed into the tubular screw elevator section. The screw then elevates the material and discharges it into processing or packaging machinery as required.

This assisted feed action makes the S.E.T ideal for handling a huge range of materials - those with poor material flow characteristics or materials which compact or bridge easily as well as very free flowing materials.

Typical applications include feeding Auger Filling Machines and other packaging machinery, dosing machines, mixers, processing machinery. Common feeding methods are from manually tipped sacks, drums and boxes, bulk bags etc.

S.E.T Screw Elevators discharge height, hopper capacity is able to be customized that depending on different powders density and detail requests, suitable for flour, milk powder, starch, spices, ground coffee, instant drinks etc powder products elevating application.
